How It Works

Tattoo Booking Process in South Surrey, BC

A clear process helps make each tattoo experience more comfortable, collaborative, and intentional from the first request to appointment day.

Step by Step

From Idea to Appointment

01

Submit a Request

Start by sharing your tattoo idea, preferred placement, approximate size, and any reference photos that help explain the direction. The form starts the conversation; it is not a live appointment scheduler.

02

Review & Fit

Your request is reviewed to make sure the idea, timeline, and style are a good fit for the studio approach. Christian may follow up with questions or ask for more reference material.

03

Consultation & Calendar

Depending on the piece, planning may happen online or through an in-person consultation. Once the project is aligned, Christian sends calendar availability.

04

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit secures your appointment and goes toward the final price of your tattoo.

05

Design Begins

Artwork and designs begin after the deposit has been received. This keeps the creative process tied to confirmed appointments.

06

Tattoo Day

Arrive rested, fed, hydrated, and ready for the appointment. Aftercare guidance is provided so you know how to support healing.

What to Include in Your Request

The strongest consultation requests include enough detail to understand the idea before any design work begins.

  • Your general concept or story behind the tattoo.
  • Placement on the body.
  • Approximate size.
  • Style direction, such as fine line, illustrative, ornamental, realism, or traditional.
  • Reference images, inspiration, or examples of work you like.
  • Any timing considerations or preferred appointment windows.
